Phoenixville, PA August 7, 2009 —Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge announces Jim Norris will step down as owner. Norris will remain with the company in the capacity of Associate Broker & Property Manager. Lynne Norris and Brian Slater, Associate Brokers, will join Suzanne Norris as owners of the 29-year old company and will continue to provide comprehensive real estate services in Phoenixville, Chester County, Montgomery County and the Main Line. “This purchase of Jim’s share by Brian and Lynne represents our renewed commitment to carry on in the tradition of the company that Jim and I started in 1980”, stated Suzanne Norris.
Plans for the immediate future include technology upgrades to enhance the client’s experience throughout the buying and selling process. In the coming months, Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge will add to its sales force of 12 associates in order to continue to provide consistent, reliable services to Phoenixville and the surrounding communities.

Lynne Norris Recognized for Ongoing Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Phoenixville, PA June 18, 2009 -- Suzanne Norris, broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Norris-Valley Forge announced today that Century 21 Real Estate LLC, franchisor of the world's largest residential real estate sales organization recently recognized sales associate Lynne Norris with the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award for 2008.

The annual award is based on results from the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Survey (QSS) which is e-mailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home through a CENTURY 21 System office. To earn the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, an agent must receive completed customer surveys for at least 30 percent of their transactions from January 1, 2008 - October 31, 2008, with an average survey score of at least 95% or better for 2 consecutive years.

This national award is presented annually to those Century 21 System members who receive a minimum satisfaction index of 90% on their post-transaction client satisfaction surveys sent between January 1, 2007 and October 31, 2007. Lynne Norris of Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge in Phoenixville has once again been awarded membership in the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors PAR Excellence Club for 2007. The award is issued annually by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.
The objectives of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors are to maintain high standards of practice, create unity in the real estate field, promote the economic and educational advantages of members, support legislation concerning real estate interests, and cooperate with other organizations for the betterment of the Commonwealth.
Eligibility for the award is based on the number of successful transactions and education, as well as service and participation within the Realtor organization and the community. Lynne Norris has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, is a member of the Pennsylvania Association and National Association of Realtors and serves on the Realtor-Lawyer Committee. She also has earned the GRI & CRS designations in addition to becoming an Associate Broker.

Suzanne V. Norris, Broker/Owner of Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge today announced that Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently named Lynne Norris, Associate Broker with Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge to Centurion Honor Society following her continuous real estate sales success.
Century 21 Real Estate LLC established the Centurion Honor Society in 2003 to recognize those sales professionals who have achieved Centurion level sales production for a minimum of five years within the Century 21 System. Centurion producer status is based on minimum sales production for a calendar year and is adjusted annually for inflation. For the 2007 calendar year a sales associate needed to achieve a minimum of $209,000 in sales production or 60 closed transaction sides within the calendar year to earn the Centurion producer status.

Lynne Norris will be inducted to Centurion Honor Society at the 2007 Century 21 International Convention, and will maintain membership in the Centurion Honor Society as long as she is a member of the Century 21 System.
